The Relationship between Knowledge Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness in Social Security Organization of Lorestan Province

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge leadership and organizational effectiveness in social security organization of Lorestan province. The research was applied in a descriptive-survey and correlation method. The statistical population consisted of all staff members of the Social Security Organization of Lorestan province, which numbered 56 people. Given the low number and accessibility of the access, the statistical population was considered as a statistical sample by census method. The reliability of the instrument was calculated using Cronbach's alpha 815. Results showed that the knowledge leadership with an average of 2.84 was at an average level and organizational effectiveness with an average of 3.25 was higher than the average. The results of the research hypothesis indicated that the main hypothesis of the research was that the relationship between knowledge leadership and organizational effectiveness was confirmed by a coefficient of 0.490 at a confidence level of 99%. Also, the results of the sub-hypothesis test on the relationship between knowledge leadership leadership and organizational effectiveness at 99% confidence level were all confirmed.
