Determination of Status of Organizational Innovation-Based Entrepreneurship Indices and Order Preference in Listed Enterprises in TSEO Organization Using Gray Relation Analysis (GRA) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods

Abstract

Paying attention to entrepreneurship is one of the foremost elements relating to the business workplace in any economy. Thus, an innovation-based organizational entrepreneurship model was proposed in this study including six dimensions of innovation in sources, products, methods and processes, administrative structures and charts, marketing and innovation in business model. Using the present techniques, this study has initially looked for identification and determination of the status of influential indices and parameters in innovation and then it is concerned with order-preference of the listed companies in Tehran Securities and Exchange Organization (TSEO) with five enterprises as a case study by means of mathematical models in theory of decision-making. In order to determine order-preference and ranking of enterprises based on types of innovation, these indices were primarily weighted by means of the AHP technique and based on pairwise comparison and then the given enterprises were ranked using Gray Relation Analysis (GRA). GRA analysis is utilized for solving ambiguous problems and under uncertainty conditions. Therefore, it is a methodology that is concerned with partial and weak problems. Among advantages of this method, one can refer to satisfactory outputs and results given by this technique. At the end, result of this technique has been compared with other methods and decision-making models. This study is an applied type in terms of objective and studied statistical population in this survey comprises of directors and experts of listed enterprises in TSEO Organization where with respect to lack of access to this population, 30 items were initially selected according to the comment of experts regarding recognition of influential indices in innovations and then about thirty questionnaire forms were distributed using sample size formula out of this quantity four questionnaires were not returned. Thus, it has been shown at the end of results of this study for the innovation dimensions including product innovation, structural innovation and administrative organization, innovation of business model, marketing innovation, innovation in processes and finally innovation of sources and raw materials each of which has specific variables and it could be acted according to the specified order preferences to select the best enterprise for purchase of securities and bonds in TSEO.
